Do not allow gel beads to freeze. Microwave in 10 seconds intervals only.

Directions

For cooling relief, chill mask in refrigerator for one hour or put in freezer for 5-10 minutes at desired temperature. For heated relief, microwave for 5 second intervals as needed. Do not exceed 15 seconds. Peel off and gently place the smooth side of the mask over tired, strained eyes to relieve puffiness and puffiness.
